In the first online meeting of the DigiWomen project, we introduced the project working

Team and the general objective of the project.

The leading institution, Academia, explained the procedures to follow during the project and the online meetings that will be on a regular basis every first week of the month, brief in duration.

It also included the introduction of Academia, the leading institution, project team:

• Project Manager and Steering Committee Representative: Žan Dapčevič

• Project Manager: Daniel Perdiguero

• Quality & Monitoring Manager: Žan Dapčevič

• Financial Manager: Žan Dapčevič

• Communication Manager: Daniel Perdiguero

The tasks to be performed by all of the partners and their responsibilities were explained, as well as the introduction of each of the organisations.

The meeting structure was also defined:

• 20 monthly web-conferences, the first week of every month

• 3 TPMs (Kick-off Meeting / Progress Project Meeting / Closing Project Meeting)

• 5 Meetings of the Steering Committee (2 web-conferences, 3 during TPM)

We held a brief discussion about the effect of COVID-19 on the project and reached a common agreement to the implementation of the Transnational Project Meetings, consisting of two stages: a partial online implementation during the original dates and a partial in-person implementation when the pandemic situation eases.

The different intellectual outputs and an overview of the project were presented to the partners, as well as some preliminary logo proposals for the project.

Next steps to be taken:

• Setting up the collaborative space (Google Drive)

• Deciding the date for the first part of the 1st TPM: Kick-off (end of November)

• Signing the Partnership Agreement

• Selecting the DigiWomen logo

• Confirmation of the Contact persons and partners’ responsibilities
