We have set the common ground and baseline of the project and we believe that you are fully aware of the motivation and background behind this project. Thus, the partner organizations decided to approach particular target groups which are dominant in their area of intervention. The project addresses mainly the following target groups:

Women with low job qualifications coming from rural areas trying to enter the labor market or create their own business. The development of basic skills in financial, digital, agricultural, and English language literacy provides women with basic knowledge and skills so that they can find better working conditions.

VET trainers/ coaches/ mentors as relevant professional categories of staff who are involved with women and their integration into the communities.
